Between my laptop and zaadz pages I don't know how my first post got deleted but here goes again. I got here googling Judy Satori whom you can find here:http://www.seventhray.co.nz/ because I found a strong post about her here: http://sadhaka.zaadz.com/blog
Judy speaks the "Language of Light" which sounds very strange. Sometimes it sounds violent and upset, sometimes it sounds very beautiful and soothing, but it is the most foreign sounding language I've ever heard. The sounds are spoken to transmit activations to the listeners. The activations help heal your energy body and meridians, chakras, heart, spine, brain, DNA, etc. Go to her site and click on the free activations link to listen. It's recommended to listen to the oldest files (at the bottom of the page) first, and then work your way up to the newest. Listen to each file at least 3 times and drink lots of water before proceeding to the next. I would suggest at least a week between each one as important healings are taking place in your energy body and you will need time to adjust.
Actually, before you even start with the Archangel Metatron activations (and then later progressing to the newest Archangel Zadkiel activation) its better to go through her earlier transmissions which were for heart chakra healing and strengthening, working with the spine, and a general body healing and strengthening.

BTW, I listened to the Metatron activation over a week ago (got turned on to it by a post at Godlikeproductions.com) and I have felt very sleepy and relaxed ever since. At first I was apprehensive about the whole thing, after all, How did I know what was being transmitted, if anything. Well, over a week later I can say for sure something was transmitted because of my physical symptoms of extreme sleepiness,relaxation and unintended weight loss. And since what is happening to me is positive, so far I would have to say the transmissions are positive. Also, some guy I just met told my boyfriend he thought I was 12 years younger than I really am!
